Making history as the first Indigenous artist to represent the United States with a solo presentation at the U.S. Pavilion, Jeffrey Gibson's the space in which to place me at the 60th Venice Biennale was a landmark multimedia exhibition.

Shore Art Advisory served as the production team for Gibson’s presentation for the Biennale and the related K-12 Education Initiative in collaboration with the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Portland Art Museum, SITE Santa Fe, Jeffrey Gibson Studio, the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian Native Knowledge 360°, and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Cultural and Educational Affairs.
